Everything bought from Intex is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that our risk of loss and title for these items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Intex attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Intex does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, reliable, current, complete, or error-free. If a product offered by Intex itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition for a refund of your original purchase price.
PRICING
We do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. At that point, prices are confirmed. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, some of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of something is higher than what we posted on our website we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
